I'm Squared Up!!

I’m finally squared up!! I received my square in the mail today and I am soooo excited! And I’m not talking about the square shaped, well I am kinda, lol. Well what is a square you may ask? It is a little device that you can plug up into you IPod touch, IPad or Android phone to receive credit card payments. It is a great device that you can use if you are starting your own business. In my case, when I do makeup on clients and they do not either have cash or check. Now I can easy take credit cards just by plugging in the little device and swipe. And my square is automatically linked to my bank account. So I don’t even have to deposit the check or cash. The money is in my account in less than 10 seconds.  You can send your clients their receipt via text message or e-mail. You can also take a picture of what you are selling as an attachment to the receipt so your clients will know exactly what they bought. It's perfect for yard sales. Another awesome thing about it is that it can tell you exactly where you bought the item so if anything goes wrong and you forget you know where and what you bought. Although I am still using a Blackberry, I will be upgrading my phone to an Android in the next month or so. So as of right I’m simply using my IPod touch. It is so convenient, even when I am out with my friends and say we’re splitting a tab and no one has cash on hand, I can easily just charge everything to my card. Split the total, type in into my little square app, swipe, sign and done! Easy as that! Technology these days. What do you think they will come up next!? I am so excited to take this little puppy on a test drive. Who will let me give you cash so I can swipe your card?! LoL..

My Digital Camera

Hey Guys!!

So my digital camera has been messing up on me lately and I haven't been able to take any pictures which sucks butt BIG time! There were plenty of times I wished it freaking worked because I wanted to take pictures. Especially when my daughter was doing her silly deeds. ARRRRGH! Well luckily, my camera still has a warranty so I'm sending it back to the company to get that shit fixed. It's not focusing correctly the zoom is messed up. It's so not cool. And I only had it for like 6 months. That's booty. Well, that's a little update for now. Hopefully I get my camera soon, so I can update you guys with pictures!!

Lashes, Lashes, Lashes!!

Sorry I haven't been blogging lately, I just felt so BLAH..I don't know what's wrong with me I think it's the weather. But guess what?! I'm Back!!!

So who doesn’t love false lashes?! No one right?! Personally I love false lashes. They add just that little oomph to your look just to make it perfect. Well right before Christmas I ordered a bunch of lashes online because I found a GREAT deal.  But then a couple of weeks ago I just realized I only had 3 pairs left!!   I guess I didn’t realize that I wore them almost every time I did my makeup and I gave a bunch away as Christmas presents. By the way they are EXCELLENT Christmas presents if you know what I mean. These lashes can get a bit pricey!  If you were to go to your regular drug stores like WalMart, Target or Walgreens, they can cost about $3.99 a pair. So I finally put in my usual order for my lashes about what Januaryish. And I received my package a week later!! I was so excited!!  So I got about 60 pairs of lashes for about $100 bucks. You can’t beat that!! I became in LOVE the Red Cherry Lashes the first I made the order so I had to order them again. They are so soft and comfortable that I was able to wear them every day and they are so natural looking. And for the price of $1.99 each, need I say more?!  I also got a couple of the Ardell Fashion Lashes and they were like $2.50. I got a couple of the 102 Demi in Black. They just remind me of the MAC #7 Lashes that I love. Right after I put in my order at Madame Madeline. I heard of this new company called DaisysBeauty.com where you can get 10 pairs of lashes for just $9 bucks! So I had to check em out. These lashes are not like the ones you can get off E Bay for like 40 pairs for a $1.00 or something like that I believe is from China. The ones you get from E Bay, to me feel very plastic to me and I didn’t like the way they felt when I wore them. So Theses lashes are from Vietnam. I had lashes from Vietnam before from my girl Vi when she gave me a couple pairs and I LOVED them. I couldn’t find them anywhere online though. Then when I found out about Daisys Beauty and read up on it I’ve decided to give them a try and I placed an order. So if you order 5 or more boxes its free shipping!! So what the hey?! When I received my package I immediately tried them on that night when I went out. And guess what?! I FINALLY FOUND THEM!!! HALLELUJAH!! I seriously heard the bells ring! Theses are EXACTLY like the ones she gave me!! So when my cousin Linda came over and she saw those lashes, she had the same reaction I did, LOL. So I gave her a couple pairs like I usually do, I'm like her lash supplier so it's ok because I get to do her makeup! Nice trade I would say! LOL..well here's the lashes..

They are super cheap and affordable compared to buying them at the drug stores for a little more. The only part that I say sucks is waiting on my package to arrive.
